3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials provided by us.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and deliverables created for you remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights transfer to you, excluding third-party libraries or assets.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a confidentiality agreement has been signed.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued as per the agreed milestones.
• Payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a project in writing. Refunds, if any, will be prorated against work completed. Deposits are non-refundable after project commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebCraft India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date.
